§ 10-16. Creation of the public facilities board.

There is hereby created a public facilities board pursuant to the provisions of Ark. Code Ann. §§ 14-137-101, et seq., (the Public Facilities Board Act), as amended by Act 26 of 1992. The board shall be known as the Pulaski County public facilities board (hereinafter the board), and shall have the powers set out in this article. The quorum court of this county may, at its sole discretion, and at any time, alter or change the structure, organization, programs, or activities of the board, and may terminate the board; but no such valid action shall be effective to alter or impair contracts entered into by the board prior to the effective date of such action.
