§ 12-32. Violations; penalties.

(a)

Parking in restricted area.

(1)

It is a misdemeanor for an owner or operator of a vehicle to park the vehicle in a county parking space or area which has been designated by the county judge as other than parking for the public-at-large.

(2)

Violation of this subsection shall be punishable by a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) and a second or subsequent offense shall be punishable at the maximum fine.

(b)

Transfer of permit.

(1)

It is a misdemeanor to transfer a permit to another person. All transfers must be done according to administrative rule to effectuate enforcement.

(2)

Violation of this subsection shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
