§ 14-18. Established.

The Pulaski County Department of Planning and Development ("department of planning and development") is hereby established pursuant to and in accordance with Arkansas Statutes sections 17-4103 and 17-4105. The department of planning and development shall have such functions, duties, authority and jurisdiction as were previously vested in the county planning board, pursuant to law.
