§ 14-19. Powers.

Except for any functions, duties, power, authority or jurisdiction that either might have by operation of law arising solely out of their creation and existence, this article shall not be deemed as granting to either the department of planning and development or the planning board any such functions, duties, power, authority or jurisdiction other than those vested in the county planning board pursuant to law.
