§ 14-31. Reestablished.

The county planning board, an administrative board, is hereby reestablished within the department of planning and development pursuant to Sections 100 and 103 of Act 742 of 1977 (Arkansas Statutes 17-4103, 17-4106) except that sections 103(2), (f) and 103(2), (i) shall not apply and sections 1 and 2 of Act 516 of 1981 (Arkansas Statutes 17-1107) shall apply instead.
