§ 14-34. Terms; filling of vacancies.

The term of each member of the county planning board shall be for four (4) years. A vacancy in the membership due to death, resignation, removal or other cause shall be filled by an appointment for the unexpired term. Each member of the board shall serve until his or her successor has been appointed and qualified.
