§ 14-54. Plan and map adopted; periodic changes and updates.

(a)

The master highway plan (year 2000) and the master highway map (year 2000) is adopted by reference and made a part hereof, provided that all reference to private roads in such master highway plan shall herewith be deleted from such master highway plan.

(b)

The county planning and development department will make periodic minor changes and updates of the master highway plan (year 2000) and/or master highway map (year 2000), pertaining to class IV or class V roads only, without affecting the validity or applicability of this section.
