§ 17-1. Assessment among county agencies of costs of tax books, bills and related costs.

  • The costs of all ledger paper, binders, and all other related materials and supplies, including printing costs, if any, required to produce the tax books for the county, which the county clerk is required to deliver to the county collector, for each year after 1981 is hereby assessed to either, the assessor for the county or the collector for the county, the assessment of such costs to be made to whichever of the two (2) officers that budgets such costs, and to which the appropriation therefor is made.
