§ 2-80. Contracts not affected by reorganization.

Latest version.

No contracts entered into by a county board or commission reorganized under Arkansas Statutes section 17-4110 shall be voided or impaired by reorganization. The power to administer contracts shall be transferred to the successor county administrative board. If there is no successor, the Quorum Court shall determine which county board, official or department will administer the contract until its conclusion.
