§ 2-81. Not to exercise powers so as to conflict with municipal powers.

  • No county administrative board may exercise any powers which conflict with the exercise by municipalities of any expressed, implied or essential powers of municipal government, but this shall not prohibit the board from having the county enter into an interlocal agreement with municipalities or other counties or their boards on its behalf.
