§ 2-94. Meeting dates and notification.

  • All boards shall, by rule, provide for the date, time, and place of regular monthly meetings or other regularly scheduled meetings. Such information shall be filed with the county clerk; and notification of all meetings, regular and special, shall be conducted as established by law for public meetings. The county clerk shall make the required public notification of all initial board meetings, and, thereafter, the secretary of the board shall make the required public notifications. Notice of special meetings shall also be filed with the county clerk.
