§ 2-173. Board of election commissioners subject to administrative procedures.

The board of election commissioners, as a county administrative board established for the sole purpose of conducting elections, shall be subject to all administrative procedures of county government such as, but not limited to, purchasing requirements, bidding procedures, budgetary and county personnel procedures, as well as all state laws applicable to counties and county administrative boards.
