§ 2-176. [Direct deposit.]

All county employees hired after January 1, 2016 and elected officials will be required to participate in direct deposit. The only exception to this would be the employee or elected official informing the Pulaski County Payroll Department or human resources office, in writing, that they do not wish to participate in direct deposit and wish to receive payment by check or other legal means of compensation which are readily available to Pulaski County.
