§ 2-201. County judge's duties.

The county judge is hereby directed to enter into such contracts, hire employees and promulgate necessary administrative procedures for implementation of the child support enforcement program. From time to time, the county judge shall inform and advise the quorum court on the progress of the child support enforcement department and the income earned and expenses paid for its activities.
