§ 2-223. Organization; reports; records.

The members of the board of visitation shall elect one of their members as chairman at their initial meeting. The chairman shall be elected annually thereafter in a like manner. The chairman shall cause the report required by section 2-224 to be prepared and shall authenticate the report in the name of the board. The chairman shall also cause a record of proceedings of the board to be kept and shall be the custodian of all books, documents, and papers and the minute book or journal of the board.
