§ 2-310. General authority.

Pulaski County recognizes that federal, state, local, municipal, and private grant financial assistance is available and valuable to the citizens of Pulaski County and that Pulaski County's overall integrity with respect to its financial position in the proper administration of grant financial assistance should be maintained. Moreover, Pulaski County should achieve the highest and best use of grant financial assistance for the best results and greatest impact for Pulaski County residents.
