§ 2-316. Creation of multi-purpose civic center facilities board.

There is created a public facilities board pursuant to the provisions of Ark. Code Ann. section 14-137-101, et seq. (the "Public Facilities Board Act"). The board shall be known as the multi-purpose civic center facility board for Pulaski County, Arkansas (hereinafter, the board), and shall have the powers set out in section 2-319 of this article.
