§ 2-322. Use of funds and revenues.

(a)

The board is authorized to use any available funds and revenues for the accomplishment of the public facilities projects authorized in section 2-319. All proceeds from the tax levied by the vote on August 1, 1995, shall be appropriated by the quorum court.

(b)

The multi-purpose civic center facilities board shall annually contract with a certified public accountant to perform an audit of the board's revenues. The board shall furnish a copy of the annual audit report to the Pulaski County quorum court and shall make the report available to the public pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act.
