§ 2-337. Limitation on the exercise of powers.

(a)

The exercise of powers by Pulaski County bridge public facilities board shall be limited to the bridges falling within its control.

(b)

When purchasing or selling real or personal property, the board shall be subject to the bidding and appraisal requirements that apply to Pulaski County.
