§ 2-355. Creation of public facilities board.

There is hereby created a public facilities board pursuant to the provisions of Arkansas Code Annotated §§ 14-137-101 et seq. (the "Act"). The board shall be known as the Eureka Gardens Public Facilities Board of Pulaski County, Arkansas (the "board"). The board shall have the powers provided for by the Act.
