§ 2-358. General powers of the board.

The board is hereby specifically empowered:

(a)

To own, acquire, construct, reconstruct, extend, equip, improve, operate, maintain, sell, lease, contract concerning or otherwise deal in or dispose of sewer system facilities (including water system facilities ancillary thereto) (as defined in the Act) or any interest in such facilities for the area shown on Exhibit "A" attached to Ordinance No. 09-OR-70 and such other areas as may be authorized pursuant to the Act, including without limitation, to provide financing for such facilities;

(b)

To enter into contracts or to issue bonds to obtain funds and revenues for the accomplishment of any of the sewer system facilities projects herein authorized, either alone or together with other available funds and revenues therefor.
