§ 2-380. Creation of Two Rivers Park Facilities Board.

There is hereby created a public facilities board pursuant provisions of A.C.A. § 14-137-101, et seq. (the "Public Facilities Board Act"). Board shall be known as the Pulaski County Two Rivers Park Public Facilities Board for Pulaski County, Arkansas (hereinafter, the "Board"), and shall have the powers set out section 2-383.
