§ 3-45. Article not applicable to zoos, etc.

This article shall not apply to any zoo, circus, carnival, research institution, education institution, or the Arkansas Herpetology Society complying with applicable laws and regulations, for dealers in wild animals, licensed and regulated by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
