§ 4-2. Juvenile court adjudication court costs.

  • (a)

    Pursuant to Arkansas Statutes section 45-436(4) and also section 45-416 there is hereby established twenty-five dollar ($25.00) court costs to be assessed for each adjudicated delinquency case in the county juvenile court.

    (b)

    There is further established when a deputy prosecuting attorney is present, whether participating in the proceedings or not, the additional court costs of ten dollars ($10.00).

    (c)

    Those persons adjudicated delinquent who show to the satisfaction of the juvenile court that they are financially unable to pay the above fees may, at the discretion of the court be excused from paying such fees.

    (d)

    All monies collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the county general fund.
