§ 4-5. County municipal court petty cash fund.

(a)

Pursuant to the authority of Arkansas Statutes section 17-1801 et seq., the municipal court of the county is hereby permitted to establish a petty cash fund in the amount of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00).

(b)

Such petty cash fund shall be established by drawing a check payable to "petty cash" for the amount listed in the schedule and maintaining such amount in the office of the municipal judge for the purpose of handling small expenditures as described in Arkansas Statutes section 17-1805.
