§ 4-8. Fee for each person monitored by special services.*

(a)

Established. A fee for probation and community services provided by Pulaski County Municipal Court is hereby established.

(b)

Amount. From and after the effective date of this section, a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per month shall be imposed on each person monitored by special services, who are placed on community service by the county municipal court.

(c)

Collection. The amount levied under subsection (b) of this section will be collected by the county municipal court.

(d)

Application. Monies collected through this fee shall be deposited in a special account to be used exclusively for the operation and expense of special services division within the county municipal court, through appropriations by the quorum court of Pulaski County.
