§ 4-22. Program recognized as public defender.

The county quorum court hereby recognizes the public defender program of the sixth judicial district (hereinafter referred to as "public defender") created January 10, 1978 in case number CR78-41 as the public defender for the circuit courts of this county. The order in that case is attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference.
