§ 4-46. Authorized.

In accordance with Arkansas Statutes sections 46-421 through 46-423, the sheriff of the county community correctional facility is hereby empowered to institute a work release program whereby inmates may be permitted to be gainfully employed or attend school outside the confines of the county community correctional facility during the period of their incarceration pursuant to regulations adopted by the sheriff.
