Chapter 6. FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION*

§ 6-1. Fire code adopted.

Latest version.

Effective upon the ordinance codified in this chapter becoming law, Pulaski County does adopt the fire codes of the state of Arkansas as the official county fire codes. This law, upon its adoption and signing, will have the full force and effect of law in all the unincorporated areas of Pulaski County.
