§ 8-22. Unlawful acts.

It shall be unlawful for any person, private carrier, company or corporation:
(a)

To violate any provision of this article or any rule, regulation or order of the Pulaski County Court issued pursuant to this article.

(b)

All police officers, county sheriffs and deputies and municipal enforcement officers shall enforce the provisions of this article. The aforementioned enforcement officers are hereby empowered to issue citations to or arrest persons violating any provision of this article. All the foregoing enforcement officers may serve and execute all warrants, citations and other process issued by the courts in enforcing the provisions of this article.
