§ 8-27. Pretreatment requirements.

Before medical waste can be brought into Pulaski County and taken to any commercial medical waste treatment or storage facility within Pulaski County, the medical waste must be either sterilized or pretreated by some method approved by State Board of Health to eliminate all possibility of contamination which may result from its disposal.
