§ 11-17. License—Required; fee.

  • Every person, before commencing the business of dealing in precious metals in the county, or if already in such business, before continuing, shall secure a license from the county clerk, and shall pay an annual license fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) therefor. The county clerk is authorized to issue a license to applicants who complete the application, and pay the five hundred dollars ($500.00) fee to the clerk.
