§ 2-321. Limitation on the exercise of powers.

(a)

The multi-purpose civic center facility board shall be a public facilities board with limitations on the exercise of its powers to the multi-purpose civic center of the river project for furnishing convention, meeting and entertainment facilities in Pulaski County.

(b)

The facilities board created herein shall be subject to the bidding and appraisal requirements that apply to Pulaski County.
