§ 4-3. Juror per diem fees.

(a)

Pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. § 16-34-103-106 (Act 1033 of 2007), the minimum rate of compensation for persons selected to serve as a member or alternate member of a grand or petit jury shall be fifty dollars($50.00) per day.

(b)

Prospective jurors, who were summoned and did appear at the location to which they were summoned but were not selected to serve, shall receive compensation in the amount of twenty dollars ($20.00).

(c)

There shall be no mileage reimbursement paid to jurors, alternates or prospective jurors.
