§ 14-32. Applicability of county administrative board procedure ordinance.

The county planning board shall be subject to the provisions of the county administrative board procedure ordinance (article III of chapter 2 of this Code) except that section 2-74(b) and (c) of this Code does not apply as such paragraphs of such section are superseded and are governed by Arkansas Statutes section 17-1107.
