§ 2-285. Creation.

There is hereby created a county jail revenue bond board, pursuant to the provisions of Act 879 of 1981. Said board shall be known as the County Jail Revenue Bond Board of Pulaski County, Arkansas. Said board shall have the powers provided for by Act 879 of 1981, except as hereinafter limited. The governing body of this county may at its sole discretion, and at any time, terminate the board; but no such valid action shall be effective to alter or impair contracts entered into by the board prior to the effective date of such action.
