§ 15-2. Weight limits on county bridges; penalty for violation of restrictions.

Any person found guilty of violating a valid order of the county court under the authority of Article 7, Section 28 of the state constitution, or an order of the county judge under the authority of Amendment 55, Section 3 of the state constitution, which provides for a weight limit for vehicles on county bridges, shall be punished for a misdemeanor as provided in section 1-9 of this Code.
